The early years of life are a formative period for our physical health and emotional wellbeing. Many common childhood conditions can be traced back to chronic inflammation and unresolved stress or trauma. Getting to the root cause, rather than providing a quick fix, can bring a child back to health and get him/her started on a healthy path.

Whether it is baby colic, a toddler with tummy issues, fussy eating behaviour, neurodiverse needs or poor skin, I take a personalised approach and make use of multiple tools offered by nutrition and craniosacral therapy.

I am Belen, a registered Nutritional therapist with an MSc in Personalised Nutrition, Craniosacral therapist, Integrative Baby Therapy practitioner, and a mum of 3.
